Images (whether Digital Files, Hardcopy, and/or published Online Media through any Website/Social Networking means) and attached metadata may not be copied, modified, distributed or stored
without said agreement.
Permitted Use is to be clearly accompanied by published acknowledgement to
the Author - Paul Henderson and (web) Paul henderson Photography
Original files transferred for un-restricted use should remain credited to the original Author;
Subsequent edits to those files (and reproductions there from) should be dis-associated concurrently, whilst retaining accreditation to the original source file(s).
Period of Copyright protection shall be as deemed by United Kingdom law, commencing the date of original image creation.
